And "Pedalling for Precious Lives" hits Tiverton Rugby Club for Exeter and Torbay branches!
Exeter branch are off to a flying start!
Exeter were off to a freezing start on Saturday down at Tiverton Rugby Club.
Through snow, gales, blizzards and sleet, Sam Mildren, the Physio of the Club set the scene on the static bike by going for the Fastest Mile Challenge which was completed in 2 minutes 30.
It was a home match so Tiverton Rugby players took their turns to do their warm up on the bike rather than their usual warm up routine. 7 competed for the fastest mile challenge and Wayne Sprangle, one of the team members, completed the Fastest Miles Challenge in 2 minutes 22 seconds!
A total of 56 miles were pedalled and raised £181.00.
A massive thank you to Tiverton Rugby Club for hosting the bike over the weekend and a very special thank you to Adrian Hole who, kept the pedals moving in between the competitors.
