This will be a Fixed Term Contract for one year. This may one day be extended or made permanent dependant on the needs of the business.
Full time position, based in the Lower Earley area of Reading and due to start the first week of January. Paying a highly competitive salary!
The main purpose of this role will be to execute all facility QMS document control and management activities related to documented QMS information, templates, records, and reports.
You will do this under the direction of the Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator, whilst training and assisting other staff (with formatting) where documents such as SOPs, WI, FMs require updating/ or need template transfers etc.
You will be create your own document control procedure, and will be responsible for the correct storage of documents, ensuring that everything is saved in the correct place so that you're able to retrieve documents, hard copies and electronic versions as and when required, including during audits.
As a Document Controller, you will need to have very strong administration skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
You will also be highly skilled working with various forms of templates and will be confident working with large volumes of documents and data to process.
You will be an organised person by nature, with excellent time keeping skills and, you will have the ability to work independently using own initiative.
This is an important role with very high levels of responsibility and we are therefore seeking a candidate with previous experience in the document control sector, or any role where attention to detail and organisation skills are paramount.
