Technical (Gas, CCNI) Customer Service Advisor, salary up to £30,000, Full Time Permanent based on the outskirts of Exeter.
Technical (gAS, CCN1) Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent Customer Service resolving customer queries and issues quickly and efficiently. A knowledge of heating appliances of all fuel types, their installation and servicing is highly advantageous for this role. If you have been a Gas Engineer and now wanting to come off tools, this is an ideal opportunity for you!
As the next Technical Customer Service Advisor you will greatly benefit from having one or more of the following training elements to carry out the work, Suitable experience within the heating industry will also be taken into account for applicants without the essential qualifications.
Gas Safe Certification
CCN1 - Domestic Core Gas Safety
HTR1 - Gas Fires & Wall Heaters
CONGLP1 - LPG Changeover
CPA1 – Combustion Analysis
Hetas H002 (Solid fuel regulations and Standards)
Hetas H003 (Dry Appliance Installer)
Hetas H004 (Wet Appliance installer)
Hetas H006 (Internal twin wall chimney system installer)
Part P Electrical Safety
Have you got excellent communication, listen and communicate complex production information clearly and concisely?
Are you self-motivated, able to multitask with excellent organisation skills?
Computer literate in MS Office and experience in the use of Customer Relation Management systems?
Have you got exceptional skills for building and maintaining good client relations?
