Our Client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. Working for an established Manufacturing and Distribution company on the outskirts of Exeter 

In the role as the Customer Service Advisor you will be liaising with customers, distributors and retailers, dealing with:

• Answer Inbound/Outbound calls and emails
• Taking & Processing Orders
• Liaising with colleagues in the Warehouse and Distribution to ensure the order has been processed and dispatched in a timely manner
• Raising Invoices
• Adding all client details onto the CRM system (training will be given)
• Issue resolution with customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• An eye for detail is essential when processing orders and raising invoices
• Engaging and excellent listening skills required
• Excellent Verbal & Witten Communication skills
