Job Description

Wise Employment are working on behalf of a Plymouth based Chartered Accountants to find an AAT Qualified Accountant to join their team. With over 30 years of experience, this accountancy has been providing financial services across Devon & Cornwall and has developed a strong reputation.

To be considered for this role, it is expected that you will be fully AAT qualified & have general practice experience of working within an accountancy firm and have proven work experience across tax returns, client services to SMEs & all aspects of accounts. Ideally you will have 2/3 years’ post-qualification experience.

In the role, you will be reporting directly one of the partners, whilst managing your own client bank. Your duties will include the following:

-          Day to day general accountancy

-          Tax Services

-          Managing clients independently

-          Representing the company positively at all times

This is a full time role and you will work 36.25 hours per week, with the option of flexible working and some hybrid.
