Job Description

A great opportunity for a Sales Ledger & Credit Control Clerk to join our dynamic finance team at our Exeter head office salary up to £25,000 depending on your experience. A well-established Company offering Company pension, Employee discount and free parking. 

We are looking for a confident Credit Control Clerk with good experience of credit control and general administration duties. Knowledge of Sage50 would be advantageous, but full training will be provided alongside training on our EPOS system.

The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

· Building relationships with customers through telephone and email contact, chasing payment for overdue invoices, ensuring that terms of payment are adhered to

· To regularly review outstanding debt with Accounts Manager and Managing Director

· Processing sales invoices and credit notes onto Sage from our EPOS system.

· Processing & allocating customer receipts on both Sage and Epos

· Dealing with customer account queries

· Sending out monthly statements
