2-3 days per week (very flexible), can also be made full time for the right candidate. Up to £12 per hour DOE. 

Wise Employment have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Asisstant to join our client on the outskirts of Exeter on an ongoing, temporary basis. 
(Potential to develop into a permanent role). 

(Due to the remote location of this vacancy, own transport is essential. Free parking available).

The Purchase Ledger Assistant's duties will include: 

  • Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
  • Payment authorisation
  • Payment processing
  • Investigating purchase ledger queries
  • Creating company reports
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
  • Processing personal and company expenses
  • Assisting with queries and reporting

The succesful Purchase Ledger Assistant must have: 

  • Knowledge and experience of using Excel & Sage 50 
  • General purchase ledger experience 
  • Impeccable accuracy 
  • Excellent attention to detail

This role is based within a supported living residence and therefore, the succesfful applicant will need to have a DBS carried out prior to starting. 

Due to the remote location of this vacancy, own transport is essential. 

This is a temporary position for 3-6 months initially but could be extended and could become permanent for the right candidate.
