Customer Service Team Leader - Minimum 6 months - £13.17 per hour - Weekly Paid - 37 hour week - flexi time 7.30am - 5.30pm Mon to Friday. Full Training Given. Working in the middle of Torquay. Immediate start
We have great opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader this newly formed role. To motivate and work with a team of 20 Advisor's that are providing support to the Public with their Council Tax Rebate claims. The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for allocating and managing workload, assisting the Advisor's with day to day activities as well as dealing with enquiries.
The Customer Service Team Leader will need to be hands on and have a positive can do attitude in supporting the Team. They will need to deal with a high volume of applications, have good IT, Admin and Processing skills. You will need to be accurate and an eye for detail. You will be supporting the public with general enquiries and will need to have excellent telephone and email skills.
