Job Description

Wise Employment are seeking a HR and Payroll Administrators to work at a market-leading company to support the HR team with general administrative tasks.  This role will be ongoing temporary with the opportunity to go Permanent.  

You will be a dynamic Office Administrator who can multi-task and self-prioritise workloads to support the team efficiently. You will need to demonstrate at least 2 years' previous experience within a similar role.

You will be responsible for updating internal databases and preparing HR documents.

You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be answering the telephones and responding to general enquiries.   

Responsible for the delivery of payroll services (Weekly/Monthly) 

You will be used to dealing with confidential data and working with GDPR guidelines. 

The hours of work are Monday to Friday working 37.50 hours, the start and finish times may be flexible for the right candidate

In return, this role will offer the opportunity to work in a modern office, weekly pay, emailed payslips and holiday pay.

The successful candidate must pass a drug and alcohol test before beginning work.
