Temp to perm, weekly pay, Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm, Modern Head Office and Company discount

Wise Employment have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Assistant to join one of our clients due to continued growth in the Plymouth area.

As the Social Media Assistant, you will keep multiple social media channels updated whilst remaining brand-focused and seek out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences and increasing company turnover.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
  • Create engaging and dynamic written, graphic and video content
  • Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Optimizes content following search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company websites and encourages audience participation
  • Assists social media team in large projects
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Use analytical tools to gauge the success of campaigns
  • Develop strategies for growing sales and increasing awareness


You will have

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and TikTok
  • Confident computer skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Transferable creative flair

This is a full time, temporary to permanent role working 8.45am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and offers a competitive salary!
