Wise Employment are currently recruiting for an Imports - Team Leader to join the Imports department for one of Plymouth’s fastest growing companies.
As an Imports Team Leader, you will be responsible for the focus on the ability to manage staff workloads, whilst motivating, supporting and developing the team skills and best practice processes. Furthermore, you will have a hand in Payment reporting & Validations, Payment Change Audit Checks and Year End Reporting.
System Reports – Preparation, validation, data integrity
Support, motivation, training and development of Import team members
Conducting 1st round interviews
Return to work meetings
1-2-1 & development meetings with Import team members
Disciplinary note taking
SOP Documentation & process reviews
Training – program, manuals, and staff progression records
Excellent team leader, able to motivate staff with clear and effective communication
Drive to develop own learning, with excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise own workload
The ability to work calmly when under pressure
Fast learner, able to multi-task
Excel Advanced user – must be able to manipulate and validate excel reports (Vlookup & Pivot tables will be frequently used)
Competent in Microsoft 365 & online platforms.
This a Permanent role working Monday to Friday 845am until 530pm and offers a competitive rate of pay.
