Job Description

Project Administrator, up to £24,000 pa, 37.5 hours per week, Mitcheldean, 12 Month Contract.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a global company that truly makes a difference in mobilising medical personnel worldwide, as an  experienced Project Administrator you will support the administration of healthcare documentation, expenses claims, purchases in their bespoke finance and client management system.

You will need good administrative skills to manage a number of documents being received by the projects team.  This will include:

-          submission of expenses into our operations database to ensure timely payment of medics

-          submission of purchase invoices into our systems to ensure vendors are paid timely

-          recording and filing of timesheets for invoicing purposes

-          saving of weekly reporting of healthcare administration in specific project folders once received and reviewed by the project team

You must have previous experience as a Project Administrator, excellent IT skills, good time management and planning skills and a passion for making a difference.
