Job Description

Permanent role, £18000 to £20000, Monday to Friday, normal working hours.

Wise Employment are recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Sales/Office Administrator (Post Sales) for a full-time permanent role for one of our established clients based in Plymouth.

As the Sales/Office Administrator you will be joining the admin team to process purchase orders and provide daily administration support to the sales team.

On the job training will be provide to familiarise yourself with the internal processes and systems by the already established members.


  • Purchase order processing
  • General day to day administration tasks
  • Supporting the sales team in any administration capacity


  • Sales Administration
  • An understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Sales ledger and invoicing is required
  • Previous administration experience
  • SAGE experience is desirable

The position is full time permanent working Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm

The Salary is £18000 - £20000 depending on experience
