Job Description

Permanent role, £18533 - £21000, Bonus available, Monday to Friday, 08.30am – 5.30pm  

Wise Employment are recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Administrator for a full-time permanent role for one of our established clients based in Plymouth.


  • Working alongside the internal purchasing team
  • Daily liaising with sales and factory production teams to ensure timelines are met in line with requirements
  • Daily liaising with customers, updating them on orders and deliveries, along with dealing with queries
  • Purchasing and maintaining component parts from third party suppliers
  • Inventory management
  • General administrative duties


  • Experience using Microsoft outlook and Office
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • Data Entry
  • Organised and good time management
  • Previous experience using internal intranet/manufacturing and ordering systems

The position is full time permanent working Monday to Friday 08.30am – 05.30pm

Salary between £18500 - £21000 depending on experience and a bonus is available
