Wise Employment are currently recruiting for a Sales and Stock Analyser for one of Plymouth’s fasting growing companies.
You will be reporting to the Logistics Analyst to ensure optimal stock fulfilment by raising orders, reviewing stock holding and highlighting poor performing suppliers.
Inputting stock levels for products within areas of responsibility
Increasing order levels by the effective analysis if sales data
Improvements in stock fulfilment via building excellent supplier relationships
Supporting all retail & on-line promotional activity by establishing appropriate stock levels
Maximise sales and profitability by analysing sales performance i.e. high/low stocks, no sales, etc.
Continually monitoring critical stock lines to ensure product availability
Creating & maintaining suitable ordering schedules
Reporting on supplier performance against key Company metrics i.e. lead times, compliance with minimum order values, delivery fulfilment, etc
Building & establishing excellent communication channels with Department colleagues & Line Manager
An intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
At least 12 months prior experience
Confident communication skills to ensure Logistics Analyst is kept fully informed of any product or order issues
Proficient in all Microsoft programs
Comfortable working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 845am until 530pm and offers a competitive rate of pay.
