Temp to perm, weekly pay, Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.00pm, Modern Head Office and Company discount

Wise Employment have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant to join one of our clients due to continued growth in the Plymouth area.

Our client is looking for a HR Assistant with fantastic administrative and communication abilities. This will be a challenging, yet highly rewarding role that will operate within a fast-paced environment.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for HR enquiries
  • Advise line managers on ER topics
  • Process employment changes
  • Organise screening and background checks for all senior new starters
  • Provide administration support and general assistance in all HR matters
  • Support the recruitment process for Head Office & new Stores
  • Assist in the ongoing review of the HR policies and procedures

You will have

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service,
  • Exceptional administration and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role,
  • Strong organisational skills,
  • The ability to manage your own time effectively and work to competing deadlines.
  • Have a professional and approachable manner,
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy
  • IT literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

This is a full time, temporary to permanent role working 8.45am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and offers a competitive salary!
