Wise Employment are recruiting for a Retail Compliance Administrator to join one of Plymouth’s fastest growing companies at their Head Office.
As a Retail Compliance Administrator, you will be providing support for store Sales and Operations queries, answering enquiries and directing stores through to the correct people.
To improve compliance by monitoring and reporting non-compliance to the business
Assist in new projects to improve retail operations
Administration of the company stock take and results
Scheduling and administration of store audits and auditor visits.
Investigate reports and software to identify unusual practices or excessive values
Highlight underlying training or compliance issues
High degree of accuracy
Good team player
Good communication skills, especially in dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and outlook.
Hours of work is Monday to Friday 08.45 – 17.30, Temporary to Permanent
