Job Description

Wise Employment are recruiting for a Retail Compliance Administrator to join one of Plymouth’s fastest growing companies at their Head Office.

As a Retail Compliance Administrator, you will be providing support for store Sales and Operations queries, answering enquiries and directing stores through to the correct people.

Responsibilities 

  • To improve compliance by monitoring and reporting non-compliance to the business
  • Assist in new projects to improve retail operations
  • Administration of the company stock take and results
  • Scheduling and administration of store audits and auditor visits.
  • Investigate reports and software to identify unusual practices or excessive values
  • Highlight underlying training or compliance issues

Requirements

  • High degree of accuracy
  • Good team player
  • Good communication skills, especially in dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
  • Excellent organization
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and outlook.

Hours of work is Monday to Friday 08.45 – 17.30, Temporary to Permanent
