What your day will look like:
Engaging and advising customers on their queries and solutions to their problems predominately via incoming telephone calls and in some cases via email. You will overall deliver an excellent customer service experience for customer's. You will be working to incomming call targets and customer service experience KPIs.
What we need:
An enthusiastic and confident manner with an ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Strong telephone customer service experience and communication skills as well as a confident PC user. An applicant with the desire to deliver exceptional customer service in line with our client’s core values.
What you will receive in return:
The position is full time (40 hours a week, with a one hour break) working Monday to Friday and approximately one Saturday out of three with a day off in lieu. You will be on a set shift out of: 8:00am-5:00pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 9:30am-6:30pm
