Job Description

We have an outstanding temporary opportunity to join a well established and rapidly expanding Financial, Wealth Management network in Swindon.

The role of Provider Administrator offers the successful candidate a 6 month temporary position and potential opportunity for being taken on permanently.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of working within the financial arena with excellent nowledge of FSA and FCA rules and regulations.  

 The responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of regulatory references on behalf of the Company
  • Responsible for sending and dealing with the terminations, including ARs and Individuals (this will be following written process)
  • Contract Suspensions
  • Completion of changes of details
  • Accuarte and timely notifications and communications to relevent parties and the Regulator on all of the above responsibilities
  • Production of monthly and quarterly management information
  • Ahdherence to FCA and Company standards
  • Ownership of cases
  • Wider support for the Regulated Services team and across the Department

You will need excellent communication and rapport building skills as this role calls for the successful candidate to liaise with many different parties 

You will also have:

  • Excellent Microsoft office ability
  • Good understanding of GDPR
  • Strong organisational ability 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of FCA, Equifax and Companies House systems a distinct advantage
