Job Description

Wise Employment are currently recruiting for a Bay Planner for one of the UK's fastest growing retailers based in the Plymouth area. This role is due to continual growth and will be to join a passionate and fast-paced merchandising team. 


You will create planograms and merchandising guides in order to drive sales.  You will create these guides in a clear and concise way to ensure they are easy to follow and implement.

A micro space planning software will be used along with data reports in order to analyse and design accurately to briefs set.

You will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining your assigned department’s plans.

You will work alongside other departments and at times carry out store visits to support reviews and assist with new openings.

Skills required:
You will have previous commercial experience ideally within a retail environment and visual merchandising experience is advantageous. This is a position that requires you to be methodical, have strong numeracy skills and be thorough in your approach to tasks set.

A creative flair is beneficial and experience of planograms is advantageous.  Strong PC skills are required and ideally with Windows & Microsoft Office, Photoshop or In-design (or equivalent) and experience of Micro Space Planning design software is advantageous.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 845am until 530pm and offers a competitive rate of pay.

In return, this role will offer the opportunity to work in a modern office, weekly pay, emailed payslips and holiday pay for the first 12 weeks then if successful, you will move over to a permanent role.
