Wise Employment are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to work with our client undertaking general administrative tasks. This role will be a two month assignment starting in February.
You will be a dynamic Office Administrator who can multi-task and self-prioritise workloads to support the team efficiently. You will need to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.
An intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel is required as you will spend a lot of the time creating timesheets on the system.
You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be answering the telephones and responding to general enquiries, as well as filing and scanning documents.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00pm-5.00pm and offers a pay of £8.72 per hour.
In return, this role will offer the opportunity to work in a modern office, weekly pay, emailed payslips and holiday pay.
