Job Description

Wise Employment are seeking two experienced Office Administrators to work at a market-leading company to support the H&S Admin team with general administrative tasks.  This role will initially last for 3 months with the possibility of the role being extended.  

You will be a dynamic Office Administrator who can multi-task and self-prioritise workloads to support the team efficiently. You will need to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.

You will be responsible for assisting with security application process, helping new employees with the successful completion of security and employment packs as well as obtaining employment references and applying for DBS checks.

You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be answering the telephones and responding to general enquiries.   

You will need to have excellent IT skills as part of the role will see you will be assisting with the Training matrix, updating training information onto their bespoke systems and tracking training refresher dates/booking training as and when needed.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am until 4.00pm and offers a competitive rate of pay dependant on experience. These hours may be flexible for the right candidate (earlier/later finish)

In return, this role will offer the opportunity to work in a modern office, weekly pay, emailed payslips and holiday pay.

The successful candidate must pass a drug and alcohol test before beginning work.
