Job Description

 

We have a 2 month temporary assignment to offer working within the NHS.

The role is paying up to £29,500 pro rata and based on a 37.5 hour week.

Location: working across 3 main sites located: Heatherwood, Frimley and Wrexham

You will work with the eRostering Manager to implement and roll out eRostering across the Trust including expansion to other affiliated groups and NHS functions.

 

 This position calls for someone with extensive experience of eRostering and who can support the Trust with showing the full benefits of the system i.e. payroll interface, competencies, Employee Online and etc.

 

The role will entail a customer focused support service to ensure all users are adequately trained and able to fully utilise the system; ensuring data is kept up to date and that changes are completed in a timely manner.  This means that during your assignment you will develop and coordinate the delivery of training for the eRostering system

 

The other part of the role will be system management and reporting.

 

You will be supporting the development of interfaces between the eRostering system and other HR systems (i.e. bank staff management)

 

You will help manage the day to day operations acting as an advanced user.  This will include managing user access including assignment, suspension and termination of user accounts and password, ensuring that the assigned access is appropriate for the user.  Untertake regular audits of user access levels and activity

 

You will also provide day to day supervision, training and support to junior members of the eRostering team and will be asked to deputise for the eRostering Manager during periods of absence.

 

You will need to be a car owner driver as the role does require for you to work across the 3 locations of the Trust – namely Heatherwood, Wrexham and Frimley.

 

To carry out this role, you will need to be educated to degree level in HR/Business Systems or have equivalent experience.  ECDL or Microsoft Office Specialist with experience of delivering against internal/external SLA’s. Systems administration expertise.

Knowledge of using an electronic rostering systems such as HealthRoster and experience in a customer service/help desk environment

 

You will utilise your advanced general administration skills, organisational ability and your ability to continuously analyse the status and build and develop the system and network in a quick and supportive manner.
