Sales Executive - HCM

Do you have previous experience in new business sales at the CxO level within HCM, SaaS and or IT?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a global provider of workforce management and human capital management cloud solutions in the Bracknell area.

The Company is well established and seeking a highly successful sales professional, who delivers value and business HCM optimisation solutions to its customers. This role is a key component to helping deliver aggressive growth within the region through new customer acquisitions.

Daily Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • To maximise sales revenue (software, cloud, hardware, and professional services) delivering 100%+ of agreed booking / revenue targets by managing complex sales cycles.
  • Define an account plan/sales strategy to scale and encourage further sales opportunities in cross verticals
  • Develop and communicate effective business plans both for a prime industry vertical and for key customers to establish company  as a strategic long-term partner.
  • Establish new business prospects through self-generated activities, conversion of leads and participation in sales and marketing campaigns and events. Utilising social media to increase trusted advisor status in the HCM space.
  • Build business focused relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the particular business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts.
  • Generate incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licences and modules across the organisation.
  • Coordinate and direct appropriate pre-sales, professional services and other support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients. Positively impact the businesses bottom line by harnessing the power of people and employee experience.
  • Proactively develop marketplace awareness of company  solutions within the relevant sector, with the goal of achieving market leadership.
