Job Description

As an experienced Team Leader within a Customer Contact Centre, we have an excellent opportunity available to you.

On a daily basis you will support the team in ensuring excellent customer service

The role hosts a wide variety of duties and you will be working closely with the customer base and the field based team.

  • Management of orders and sales quotes
  • Ensuring that the product and service are delivered on time and set up by the field engineering personnel
  • Supporting the sales team with tenders for new business opportunities
  • Key liaison contact for the customers,  internal team and field based personnel
  • Acting as point of contact for any escalated complaints
  • Strong team leadership of the Team in your division
  • Updating and checking that information is complete on the CRM database
  • Other administrative duties as required

To carry out this role you will have already proven your team management ability and also be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Strong complaint management ability
  • Very good data entry skills along with the use of MS Office package
  • Customer focused
  • Really excellent prioritisation skills
