Job Description

Immediate start, to work 5 out of 7 days per week on a rota, 28 days holiday, Free Parking, Staff Discounts, On Going Training, UK renowned supplier.

Customer Care leadership experience? Confident on the phone? Ability to support your staff in dealing with customer complaints and queries?

Wise Employment are currently working with a well-established client, who require an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to work in a bustling call centre bursting with life.

The role will involve providing leadership to the Customer Services Teams, under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager. You will have demonstrable leadership experience, including experience of leading medium sized teams between 3-20 people.

You will also enjoy the flexibility of being on the telephone speaking to a large customer base, including dealing with escalated complaints, and fulfilling some management tasks.

You will be an excellent communicator who is always happy to go the extra mile and prides themselves on a strong work ethic. IT literate (Word and Outlook) and have an excellent telephone manner with good administration skills to match.
