Job Description

Immediate start, Monday- Friday, 30 days holiday, internationally renowned global supplier.

Customer Care leadership experience? Confident on the phone? Ability to support your staff in dealing with customer complaints and queries?

Wise Employment are currently working with a well-established client, who require an experienced Customer Service Team leader to work in a bustling call centre bursting with life.

The role will involve providing leadership to our Customer Services Teams, under the guidance of our Customer Service Manager. You will have demonstrable leadership experience, including experience of leading medium sized teams between 3-20 people.

You will also enjoy the flexibility of being on the telephone speaking to our customers, including dealing with escalated complaints, and fulfilling some management tasks.

You be an excellent communicator who is always happy to go the extra mile. You will also be IT literate (Word and Outlook) and have an excellent telephone manner with good administration skills to match.

Working hours 8:00am-5:0pm Monday-Friday.

Salary - £20,000+
