We have an excellent opportunity to join this award winning Company who are renowned within the financial industry.  You will be providing technical contractual support to the clients, recruiters and stakeholders within the business.

Working in a team of Contract Services Advisors, providing contractual support and responding to requests for contractual advice, engaging with people over the telephone, email and face to face plus other technologies.

You will be calculating Market Capital Values on behalf of Partners

Supporting and coordinating succession planning solutions

Face to face, written and verbal provision of technical recruitment and contractual advice for, and relating to ARs, balancing service, regulatory safety and sound commercials

High quality standard and Non-Standard offers and contractual documentation, adhering to the Autonomy Schedule and Non-Standards Matrix

Supporting the Recruitment & Growth Director and Recruiters with technical recruitment, regulatory and contractual advice, MI and implications

Accurate and timely MI

Provide face to face, verbal or written support or presentations, within Distribution Services, our Recruitment & Growth Director and Managers, potential new AR Principals and Firms, Partners

Assisting with internal and external Audit requirements, undertaking regular reviews of all processes to ensure fit for purpose

Quality via QA / QC and Audits

Managing partner firm re-structures and the appropriate FCA authorisation

Working collaboratively with the Recruitment and Growth Director and Recruitment Managers to support the provision of offers and contracts for new firms.

Ensuring that the Company Contracts, with individual firms are being upheld

Contractual and Succession Planning

Provision of support to the Directors

In order to carry out this role you will need to have worked with contracts and SLA's in a previous recruitment role or within banking or financial advisory sectors. 

 Have excellent MS Office package experience.

Enjoy all types of communication with excellent verbal and written skills

Ability to build excellent relationships

Excellent knowledge of GDPR, and FCA regulations

A good understanding of Distribution

An understanding of the credit search and Companies House processes and systems
