Wise employment are excited to be recruiting for a real people person to join our client’s expanding telecare team in Chippenham

We are looking for customer care advisors to work as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer care to the public sector agencies providing Health Care support.

This is on a Temp – Perm contract

Do you have…?

Experience of working in a team?

Experience of working with the general public, face-to-face and/or telephone?

Experience of working in a call centre?

Experience of community alarm or Telecare environment including call handling and database management?

Key responsibilities

Carry out Telecare call handling duties, including emergency and other monitoring devices, out-of-hours and Lone Worker calls, and to deal with them all promptly and in accordance with the operating procedures.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records relating to the customer. Input data promptly upon receipt. Undertake data checking and document imaging for client records as required.

To promote a positive professional image of the service.


To efficiently undertake general administrative tasks associated with the provision of our service e.g. photocopying, collating documents and dispatching them etc.

Maintain high standard at all times in terms of performance, dress, and appearance

Working between 30 and 37.5 hours per week days & Nights shifts on a 24/7 shift rota (FLEXIBILITY IS NEEDED)

DAYS - £8.27 – £8.63

NIGHTS & WEEKENDS £10.33 - £10.86
