Healthcare Training Coordinator – Health and Wellbeing
Field based covering Devon
Part time – 20 hours per week
£11,500 pro rata (£23,000 full time equivalent)

We are working with the UK division of one of the world largest and leading private healthcare providers.
Their goal is to support people to live healthier lives, and improve the systems of healthcare delivery to make the lives of everyone better.

They are now recruiting for a Health and Wellbeing training coordinator to join their Devon team on a part time permanent basis. Working 20 hours per week, this is a great opportunity for an experienced trainer to take on a new opportunity in in the healthcare sector.

Our clients deliver a health and wellbeing service. Working with local charities, medical facilities and public organisations, they support members of the community to improve their health and wellbeing by providing support and advice services in smoking cessation, weight management and reducing alcohol intake.

The role of the Trainer will be to train and support front line staff ensuring they provide the best service possible, making every contact count. The successful candidate will be responsible for
• Carrying out training needs assessments
• Developing and delivering innovative training both online and face to face
• Creating shareable training content
• Using feedback to review and improve training methods
• Promote training opportunities across the network

To be considered for this position, applicants will need to be an experienced trainer, preferably delivering within the public, health or charitable sectors.

Relevant qualifications within either training or public health or wellbeing would be advantageous.
