Job Description

Are seeking a new challenge for the New Year?
Do you have experience in a contact centre or dealt with complaints handling?
Can you work full time hours and get to West Swindon on a daily basis?

This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity to work for an established financial services company within a reputable contact centre acting as the first point of contact for all queries and incidents.

You will be providing support through telephone, email and other technologies to company Partners, Advisers, their staff and Company Head Office staff to resolve incidents, problems and queries.

You will be responsible for logging of all calls on the in-house system via a ‘ticket method, where training will be provided.

Managing of the team Outlook, ensuring queries are dealt with promptly or escalated to the relevant team/department and identify problems to prevent 2nd time around.

If you have experience in a call centre / complaints handling role and or/background in IT, Finance, Banking, Mortgage or Insurance then we want to hear from you!

There is a permanent position available for the right person!
