Job Description

Wise Employment are looking for a Customer Service executive to join a successful established team in Plymouth.

Experience in Litho Print and Digital Printing is essential , however if you have Customer Service experience in a technical manufacturing environment you will also be considered.

The role also requires someone with excellent IT Skills

Salary £18,000 to £25,00 (DOE) Full-Time and Permanent

The Role:

  • To promote, build and maintain long standing customer relationships through consistently delivering a high standard of overall customer service.

  • Too effectively control designated contractual and commercial titles as necessary within and to technical specification and procedures

  • Prepare accurate works instruction via computerised workflow and have full awareness and aptitude of the Tharstern Primo system.

  • When required, produce accurate estimates for proposed work.

  • Ensure all appropriate internal departments are aware of specific job requirements.

  • Following order and where appropriate, ensure all necessary documentation is produced and sent to the customer as official order acknowledgement.

  • Liaise with suppliers for outworked elements, negotiate cost (where necessary), prepare accurate purchase orders and provide update on job status.

  • Ensure all additional work outside of estimate is identified. Obtain agreement from customer for additional charges and ensure this is accurately logged against the job number on the Tharstern Primo system for invoicing purposes.

  • Demonstrate a full understanding of job costing from the estimates produced and report any potential financial loss.

  • Promptly respond and resolve queries, concerns or complaints received from the customer with assistance and investigation from the relevant departmental mangers.
