Job Description
A great opportunity for a French & English speaking bi-lingual candidate to join the friendly team in Newton Abbot. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be taking inbound calls from customers wishing to process their orders as well as answering general enquiries. Other duties include responding to customer emails and inputting data into the CRM systems.

The company operates across the UK and Europe and they require staff that are fluent in both English and French.

As well as having an excellent telephone manner, you will also be IT literate with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute and be able to communicate with customers via both email and telephone.

A pay rate of up to £7.61 per hour is available, along with accrued holiday pay, pension, potential overtime and the possibility of permanent employment after 3 months.
