Job Description
A great opportunity for a French & English speaking bi-lingual candidate to join the friendly team in Newton Abbot. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be taking inbound calls from customers with general enquiries and order requests, responding to customer emails and inputting data into the CRM systems.

The company operates across the UK and Europe and as such, they require staff that are fluent in both English and at least 1 other European language (written and spoken for both languages). Candidates fluent in French, Italian or Dutch are of particular interest.

As well as having an excellent telephone manner, you will also be IT literate and able to communicate with customers via email and have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. .

Hours of work do vary with several shift patters to include weekends and a pay rate of up to £7.61 per hour is available, along with accrued holiday pay, pension, potential overtime and the possibility of permanent employment after 3 months.
