CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - INBOUND
NEWTON ABBOT
£7.50 per hour
VARYING SHIFTS - 16.5 - 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK.

A great opportunity for a friendly and energetic Customer Service Advisor to join a well established team in Newton Abbot.

The company operate across the UK and Europe and require staff that are fluent in English (written and spoken) to work varying shifts as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be taking a variety of inbound calls that can range from general enquiries, dispatch enquiries and order requests. You will also be responding to customer emails and inputting data into the CRM system.

As well as having an excellent telephone manner, you will also be IT literate and able to communicate with customers via email and have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. .

Hours of work do vary with several shift patters available to include full and part time hours varying from 16.5 hours to 37.5 hours per week. These could include weekends and evenings and as such a degree of flexibility from candidates is required.

A pay rate of £7.50 per hour is available, along with accrued holiday pay, pension, potential overtime and the possibility of permanent employment after 3 months.
